Golden Dawn MP Dimitris Koukoutsis is facing criminal prosecution, as during a routine inspection he was found to illegally be in possession of a firearm that belongs to his police escort.
The police officer has been suspended and faces similar criminal charges, while an inquiry has been launched to decide on his expulsion from the Police.
