The Ministry of Education is considering taking into consideration the feedback and opinions of teachers and students regarding the performance of their teachers in the upcoming evaluation process.

The plans for the teacher evaluation process are currently being finalized, with the review itself scheduled to start in a few months. The teacher federation OLME has tried to cancel the process.

According to a report in Ta Nea, the Ministry is considering handing out questionnaires to parents and students, in order to comment on the performance of their teachers. The Ministry argues that if this were to be the case, this input would have little value to the review, mostly of a symbolic nature.
