The tax office employees are set to follow a training seminar designed to improve relations with customers and increase productivity. The series of seminars, which began on the 24th of February, are going to run until the 14th of March.

The General Secretary of Public Revenue Haris Theoharis took the initiative, in an effort to improve the efficiency and quality of tax services provided and customer satisfaction.

According to the plan, each tax office employee will have to undergo a four-hour seminar in the afternoon hours, in order to improve their customer care skills
