The local offices of New Democracy on Mystra Street in Ano Glyfada were targeted by arsonists, who set fire to the building in the early hours of Friday. The remains of a plastic bottle and rag used to set the fire were recovered from the site.
According to the police, the arsonists broke the front window of the offices at about 2.40am and doused the offices with a flammable liquid, before setting the fire and escaping.
Political offices have been targeted recently, with arsonists setting fire to the PASOK and Golden Dawn offices in Rhodes.
