After four months of detention at the Korydallos prison facility, business magnate and ship owner Victor Restis has been released from custody, at the recommendation of the prosecutor.
Mr. Restis had been arrested early in July this year on charges of embezzlement and money laundering related to FBBank. The ruling of the court decision is available here.
