The three Golden Dawn MPs Stathis Boukouras, Grigoris Germenis and Panagiotis Iliopoulos facing charges of participating in a criminal organization were in court to state their plea and have requested extra time to prepare.

In order to be summoned by the courts, Parliament took a vote on the 16th of October and decided to lift the parliamentary immunity of the three MPs.

Boukouras, Germenis and Iliopouls were granted a 15-day extensions, meaning they will return to state their plea before the investigative judges on the 7th of December.

About 100 Golden Dawn supporters congregated outside the courts to protest the prosecution of their MPs and the detainment of party leader Michaloliakos and MPs Papas and Lagos.
