The Supreme Court is examining the testimonies of witnesses from the 32 case-files involving Golden Dawn members that were submitted by the Minister of Public Order Nikos Dendias. Prosecutor Vourliotis, who is handling the case files, has summoned journalists who have interview Golden Dawn members in the past

Earlier today Mr. Dendias relayed additional information regarding the 32 cases including the recent brutal attack against a group of KKE members, which in turn was submitted to him by SYRIZA MP Manolis Glezos. The Minister of Public Order also prompted the Police’s Internal Affairs department to investigate the Police Departments in Nikea, Kaminia and Renti.

The Minister of National Defense Dimitris Avramopoulos has tasked the Deputy Chief of the Army General Staff Iliopoulos to investigate allegations from a Golden Dawn member in an interview for Ethnos that the far-right party used military training grounds in Mandra and old ammunition depots in Malakasa for training purposes.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Shipping Miltiadis Varvitsiotis commented that his Ministry’s internal affairs department will be following up allegations of Coast Guard officers being involved with Golden Dawn.
