According to preliminary reports, two men disguised as painters robbed the IKA store of Neapoli in Thessaloniki. The two men were armed and it has not yet been determined how much money was stolen.

According to thestival.gr, the two robbers escaped on a motorbike. The motorbike was located shortly later, but the police was unable to apprehend the driver. One man who matches the description from eyewitnesses has been detained.
