The ERT employee union POSPERT has decided to file a complaint report in Supreme Court on Thursday against the Minister of Finances Giannis Stournaras and government spokesman Simos Kedikoglou.
POSPERT will demand that the two government politicians comply with the temporary order of the State Council regarding the operation of ERT. The litigation will also include the police, for not complying with the State Council’s order and remaining at the broadcasting transmitters.
The State Council chairman Konstantinos Menoudakos has denied rumors suggesting he issued ‘clarifications’ regarding his decision.
