The Greek State managed to generate funds worth 1.138 billion euros on Tuesday, from the auction of treasury bills. The treasury bills issued last for six months and will be used to refinance bonds ending on the 8th of March.

According to the organization managing the public debt (ODDIH), the midterm interest rate was reduced from 4.27% to 4.25%, compared the February editions. The cover rate was also reduced from 1.64 to 1.68, compared to February.

Of the total sum generated, 262.5 million euros derived from non-competitive offers.
