A six-year-old boy tragically lost his life at the Aisimi settlement near Alexadroupoli, on Wednesday afternoon, when a restroom wall collapsed on top of him.
Neighbors removed the young boy from the rubble and rushed him to the local hospital via ambulance, however it as too late and was declared dead on arrival. The 6-year-old suffered serious injuries on the head and other parts of his body.
The cause of death will be determined following an autopsy at the University Hospital of Alexandroupoli.
