Three offers have been made for the 12-month lease of “Macedonia Palace” in IKA-ETAM’s competition. The three offers are said to be from Black & White, Aenaos and Grecotel.
The terms of the IKA-ETAM competition were that the lease be at least 50,000 euros, that it be for 12 months, that the new tenant continues to employ the currently-employed workers and to deposit a guarantee of six months’ rent. The winner will be determined by the greatest offer.
