The privatizations of TRAINOSE and Rosco, the rail company’s maintenance firm, is proceeding as normal, with IBG-Kantor-Louis Berger appointed as financial-technical consultant and legal firms Hogan Wells and M & P Bernistas appointed as legal consultants on European and Greek legal matters respectively.
The Ministry of Growth has prioritized the privatization of TRAINOSE and Rosco, with the offers phase expected to take place in June. For that purpose Rosco was officially detached from (former) parent company OSE. Rosco will be able to rents out its vehicles, as well as offer its maintenance, repair and reconstruction services to third parties,
