The National Bank announce that it has come to an agreement with TAIPED, the fund in charge of privatizations, announcing an international competition for investors over the property of ETE Group and TAIPED at the “Mikro Kavouri” peninsula at Vouliagmeni.
The property includes the “Astir Palace” hotel and neighboring EOT plot. When the competition ends and an investor has been found, the hotel will cease to be a subsidiary of the National Bank.
The auctioning is meant to provide the National Bank with capital support, as part of a greater strategy regarding investments.
