The alliances and balances which were barely in favor of Greece prevented a definitive fail for the Greek dept’s issue.

The discussion has been rescheduled for the following Eurogroup of 15th of June, with the hope of a compromise between IMF and German part.

As Greek government spokesman Dimitris Tzanakopoulos revealed, during the 9-hour length Eurogroup there was a final offer which however could not bring a clear solution. That was the offer that Tsakalotos rejected.

But what was the offer?

After the break of 8:00 pm that was made after four hours of negotiation, a third offer of a common statement was made. Most of the participants believed that it would conciliate all the parts. On the contrary this offer suggested that IMF would continue following the Greek program, however its participation with memorandum and funding would be activated only after the implementation of the dept relief measures and in any case after the German elections.
