The President of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos will receive Greece’s Olympic medalists at the Presidential Mansion at 13:00 on Thursday.
There appears to be some confusion over Anna Korakaki however, who will not be attending the event. According to the Olympic medalist’s father, the event organizers forgot to send an invitation.
Shortly later though sources from the Presidential Manor disputed such media reports. According to these sources the President contacted the Olympic medalist’s father himself and was informed that she cannot attend as she is currently in France.
In any case though, the President has arranged to receive Anna Korakaki upon her return to Greece.
