The Minister of Finances Euclid Tsakalotos has departed for the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank which takes place in the Peruvian capital of Lima between the 9th and 11th of October.
As announced by the Ministry of Finances, Mr. Tsakalotos has arranged a series of meetings on the sidelines of the IMF/World Bank event in Peru.
On Thursday (8/10) Mr. Tsakalaotos will meet the Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment Catherine Novelli, the head of the European Support Mechanism Klaus Regling and the Director of the IMF’s European Affairs Poul Thomsen.
On Friday (9/10) the Greek Finance Minister will be meeting with his American counterpart Jack Lew, while on Sunday (11/10) Mr. Tsakalotos will meet with the general director of the IMF Christine Lagarde.
