The main opposition party SYRIZA has a 4.5-point lead over the governing New Democracy party, according to the latest opinion poll conducted by the University of Macedonia on behalf of SKAI. In the University’s previous poll SYRIZA was 6.5 points ahead.
When asked which party they intend to vote for in the upcoming general elections, the respondents answered the following:
- SYRIZA – 29.5%
- New Democracy – 25%
- Golden Dawn – 6%
- KKE – 5%
- The River – 5%
- PASOK – 4%
- ANEL – 2%
- ANTARSYA – 1%
- DIMAR – 0.5%
- Other party – 7%
- Undecided – 15%
