The country’s largest public sector union ADEDY is continuing its actions against the government’s suspension measure with a three-hour walk out and demonstration rally at the Propylaea at 1pm.

The three-hour walk out came as a direct reaction to the regulations from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Administrative Reform which suspended any university employees who did not register their details for evaluation. ADEDY claims that these provisions essentially criminalize the right to strike.

A protest for the sudden closure of ERT and the police operations to end the occupation of the ERT HQ in Agia Paraskevi will also take place at the Propylaea.
